New Director Appointment 
 
The Directors of the Company wish to announce the appointment of a second Non 
Executive Director to strengthen the Board and help to take the Company forward 
to its next stage of growth. 
 
Haydn Abbott has recently retired after spending over ten years in the 
transport sector where he is well known and highly respected. He was most 
recently CEO of Alpha Trains (formerly Angel Trains International) and 
previously the CEO of the Angel Trains Group. 
 
He has also been a Main Board Director of De La Rue plc as well as being the 
CEO of Sony's UK business and then Vice - President of Sony Europe where he 
gained considerable experience in both the consumer and industrial electronics 
sector. 
 
He is also currently Chairman of the Railway Children charity and Chairman of 
the Department for Trade and Investment Rail Sector Advisory Group. He holds a 
number of other non-executive and advisory posts. 
 
Haydn has become closely associated with FeONIC during the last six months and 
has made a significant investment in the Company. His experience in leading 
companies in the transport and electronics sectors matches with the current 
business strategy of focussing on exploiting the opportunities for the FeONIC 
audio products in those two sectors.
