that on the same date Mr Michael Chadwick, a non-executive director of the Company, 
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.50 each ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP0.38 per share. 
 
As a result of this transaction, Mr Chadwick is interested in 1,354,770 
Ordinary Shares representing 22.58% of total voting rights of which 280,500 is 
beneficial and 1,074,270 is non-beneficial.
