     GBP31,000 Acquisition of children's celebrity narrated audio catalogue 
 
 
 
One Media, the PLUS quoted consolidators and acquirers of music and video 
rights, is 
pleased to announce that it has acquired, under license, over 50 hours of 
Children's audio narrated by Britain's celebrity elite. 
 
The collection features kids stories and `early learning' recordings performed 
by stars such as Rik Mayall, Judi Dench, Stephen Fry, Patrick Moore, Tony 
Robinson, Phillip Schofield, Lenny Henry, David Bellamy and Bill Oddie, reading 
a selection of stories which includes Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty, Learning to 
count and spell games, Dinosaur stories, Space Travel, Kids Quizzes and 
learning French.

6 `up beat' kids stories (effectively one man pantos), aimed at both parents 
and kids. We appreciate that most parents are subjected to kids recordings and 
have tried to make them entertaining to all ages! From Patrick Moore's trip 
around the universe to 'M's" (Judi Dench) educational counting stories from 1 
to 007. Bill Oddie even challenges Mr. Wolf on time keeping. With more 
recordings planned, One Media intends to make them all available for digital 
downloading and streaming via ITunes, Amazon, Spotify, YouTube and all other

Creative Technicians ingests, re-compiles and prepares digital music releases 
utilising the bespoke `in-house' developed software. The newly compiled 
digital-only albums are then distributed across over 300 digital retail stores 
worldwide. One Media now has thousands of albums listed acrossall the key digital 
stores such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Deezer, eMusic and streaming channels on

stores and does not operate its own consumer site. It's music catalogue is also

catalogue acquisitions to date, the catalogue contains circa 140,000 music tracks 
and over 4000 hours of video content, from artists spanning 7 decades from the 
`forties' to the `noughties'. One Media focuses on `middle of the road', nostalgic 
music by well known artists from every genre, including; Pop, Rock, Reggae, R&B, 
Children's music, Karaoke, Easy-Listening, Jazz, Soul, Blues, Rap, Hip-Hop, Gospel, 
World-Music, plus Stand-Up Comedy, Spoken-Word and over 1000 hours of Classical 
Music. One Media is now an eligible company for the Enterprise Investment Scheme 
("EIS") and the Venture Capital Trust ("VCT").

April 2012 Half Year Interim Accounts 
 
Turnover increased by 29.3% to GBP1,002,302 (2011: GBP774,933) 
Pre-tax profits increased by 35.4% to GBP204,667 (2011: GBP151,123) 
Cash balances of GBP792,938 at 30 April 2012 
A dividend of GBP15,051 (November 2011) was paid in the period with a further 
GBP55,000 due to be paid in June 2012.
