Resignation of Director

PLUS Markets Group plc announces that it received a notice of resignation from Nicholas Smith, non-executive director, on 23 June 2012.

Mr Smith's resignation will take effect on 22 July 2012 following a period of one month's notice.

Malcolm Basing, Interim Chairman of PLUS commented "The board would like to thank Nicholas for his guidance and support for the Company since his appointment in April 2007 and we wish him well in his future endeavours."
