The Company announces that Bernard Tansey has stepped down from the position of 
Chief Executive Officer but shall continue to act as Executive Chairman of the 
Company with effect from 1 January 2013. 
 
Barry Tansey joined the board of Directors and has been appointed to the 
position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1st January 
2013. Barry Tansey has served as Company Secretary since June 2000 and shall in 
addition to his new role retain the Company Secretarial duties at the Company. 
 
Barry Tansey is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland ( 
qualified with Grant Thornton in 1996 ) and studied at University College 
Dublin where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree ( 1992 ) and a Masters 
Degree in Accountancy ( 1993 ). 
 
Barry Tansey has worked in the property and construction industry since 1996 
with the Mizen Group (initially serving as Group Finance Director) before 
taking on the role as Group Chief Executive officer in 2004. 
 
In accordance with the ISDX Rules for Issuers, the Company discloses the 
following details in respect of Barry Tansey.
